ESA reort a sham

Due to reading how atos doctors are putting 'false' information on peoples reports, I was prepared for mine to 'not be accurate' and was not disappointed lol!
Just to give you all a laugh, it seems that from the start time to end of interview time, my interview lasted 65hrs 9mins, from a friday afternoon to the following Monday morning, maybe I can claim for food expenses for that time
The doctor contradicted himself throughout the report, one paragraph stated I had walked 'slowly' to the examination room, another part stated I had walked 'normally' I was limping with a walking stick.
One part stated I had stood for 3mins but later it was 10mins. Stated I sat for 24 mins, the entire interview lasted 30 minutes and I stood for about 20 minutes of it. Also did not state all my problems though I explained in detail. Also stated I have no problems driving though about 15 minutes is my limit without having to stop (told him this)following two back ops in 3 yrs.
I got the copy today and made a formal complaint to Atos via phone, sending me a complaints form.
What a complete shambles. To top it off, he didn't put in the report what he told me, that I can never do a sitting or standing job, then says on the report I have no limited capabilities. Am I thick for not quite understanding that? lol!
Sure was the 'longest' interview I've ever had at 65hrs long.

I have commented in the past how I can see the differance between what people say and what Drs put ... in this case I think the doc was ***** **** ****

Good luck with your complaint. I'm pleased to hear that more people are complaining to Atos for sub-standard medicals/reports and more importantly, complaints are being upheld.
If everybody who receives a farcical medical report (there aren't many who haven't) complains forces Atos to explain the report it will at least put some pressure on Atos to improve their standards.

I have never been a 'complainer' but having spent about 12 years being fobbed off by docs about my back, resulting in a discectomy in 2007 and again in 2011 I've had enough of being patient and just 'accepting' things. We are made to jump through hoops so I for one will now complain anytime I feel I need to.
Doctors have no right to submit a false or innacurate report that results in someones benefit being stopped as mine was (been reinstated at lower rate ESA because of appeal)they should be held accountable.

I was so busy writing my appeal letter to DWP (including itemising all the errors in ATOS report) that I didn't have the energy to complain to ATOS. But now I wish I had!

As you already know there is a strict time limit to appeal of one calender month. Failing to comply with this without a very good reason and you could lose your right to appeal so you were sensible to make appealing a priory.
I'm not aware of any time limit for complaining to Atos regarding a medical assessment or report, so it's well worth making a complaint.
A compliant to Atos can take several weeks or months depending on the complexity of it, but if the complaint is upheld Atos should write to the DWP to inform them of any errors in the advice given. If the complaint is upheld before your tribunal hearing you can submit the documentation to the appeal tribunal.
Good luck
