Hi all, I recieved my confirmation letter from the tribunal services today. I would be grateful if someone could explain it to me, slightly confused on what I passed on.
Actual wording
The appeal is allowed The appellant is entitled to ESA with work related activity (Support Group)
No schedule 2 ESA Regulations descriptors were awarded
No schedule 3 ESA Regulations descriptors were awarded Regulation 35 is satisfied
The decision letter states that you did not score any points but have been awarded ESA because you satisfy Regulation 35, which is the exceptional circumstances rule.
Edit: I should just add that Schedule 2 refers to the limited capacity for work test, and Schedule 3 refers to the limited capacity for work-related activities (support group) test.
