Tribunal Result

Hi All,

After waiting for 8 long months I have won my appeal on Mental Health Grounds only. I was awarded a total of 14 points, must admit i was a little dissapointed that the Tribunal Judge & Doctor didn't consider this. I asked my Welfare Rights Advisor who was representing me about this and he said that as people on IB are being migrated it was entirely possible that i would have to go for another medical re ESA and would as most do fail and would then have to appeal against that.
So here i am waiting for the phone call, followed by the form then another possible Medical

This is an add on from my previos post, For anyone who has been to the Tribunal Appeal and has a copy for the Decission made in your favour, either send a copy of it with any evidence you are sending or take it with you when you attend...it helps the sitting Judge and Doctor as they can see what you were awarded points for and how long ago that was, as they asked if i had been to a Tribunal before and my ansewer was Yes in July 2010 and they asked if I had brought it with me so they could see it, as the DWP had said there was no existing record of it... I hadn't took it with me as I didn't know they would ask that, but on comparing the old decission with the new one when I go home, they were both the same on mental health descriptors, I will remember that for next time and I am also sending a copy to ATOS as a follow up of my complaint.
