Hi , Well my appeal was today and won without having had to attend. I got a call at 10 o clock saying the judge supported my appeal from my paperwork alone.
Miracles do happen.
Thanks to everyone one for their advice and support

Hi
I'm noticing that people are getting decisions on the day of their appeals, without actually having attended it. By receiving a phone call on the day.
I have my appeal on Friday, I have no problem with attending as I know I am genuine, and my rep has told me that I should have no problems with the tribunal snd being put in the support group. He is not coming as he thinks I am well-prepared, and my husband is coming with me.
Do these last minute decisions happen because your appeal paperwork is not looked at by the actual judge until the day of your appeal? Just wondering if there is an outside chance of this happening with me if this is the case.
Many thanks

Hi Pusscat
Tribunal members should study the appeal papers in advance of the hearing and make notes. However the tribunal will not be able to discuss the appeal together until they meet on the morning of the hearing.
Best of luck
Derek
