Kindest regards to everyone and thanks Andy for the encouragement. Oh! I hope you saw that I DID LIE DOWN at the medical.
Yes, I saw that cmarie. Well done lying down even when the so-and-so of a doctor blatantly ignored what you'd said and didn't invite you to lie down. And well done getting your complaint in sharpish.
I like your style! A great role-model for us all. Have a good weekend. Andy.
It might be worthwhile, when putting in the ESA forms, to specify the movements you cannot either do at all or can do only with pain or discomfort or infrequently.
Complaints should always be made too, before the decision on the claim (as in this case) because it looks more genuine. Otherwise it may look like 'sour grapes' However the report may take weeks and only when it is received do many claimants actually see that they have been misreported and need to complain.
But in general complain at the earliest possible date
I love this idea too, BUT......no way your MP will ever accompany you to anything. They are great at getting out of doing anything useful. I twice asked my MP to give me a lift to Edinburgh for a Parliamentary Focus Group on CFS/ME and twice he said he was too busy with parliamentary business - he was the Chairman of the said Focus Group!!!! His name is Andy Kerr and he was voted out at the last election.,,,,power to the people.
