Pitfalls

Can someone please advise me?
When i'm in home page, then I click ESA (at the left), then ESA medicals it says you will tell us all about the pitfalls of attending a medical such as how you get there etc - could you please direct me to these pitfalls. thanks

You can access the full guides by clicking on 'Help for claimants' in the orange part of the sidebar (on the left) and then click ESA.

It's on page 61 of the physical health guide or page 65 of the mental health guide.
