The guides you require are in the ESA resources.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

thanks Crazydiamond if it were you, (my favourite pinkfloyd tune ).
Has Janee seen this ? Would she feel confident enough to have a go at this herself, having seen the guide ?
Let us know Janee if you can.

Hi Janee, endofus

The advice I would always give is to study the guides and prepare your claim if you feel confident enough.

If not it may be best to seek help from a friend or WRO but at least you will have a good idea of what information is required and can assist the WRO with relevant information.

Regards

Derek

Hi endolfus
I've managed to get hold of a copy of the guide and am going to try working through it in small bite-size pieces. Seems so ridiculous having to jump through all of these hoops (if only I could jump!!! LOL) when they have all my mdeical info from having applied for IB in the past! Anyway, can't be helped... I have some reading up to do! Thanks for your help :)
