Where to get Help filling my ESA50 form filled out

They've penciled me in for a two hour appointment to get the forms filled out. Being the paranoid old soul that I am I was wondering If I should just bring a photo copy of the original form for them to fill out just in case my GP wants to alter any of the wording they might put on it? Also in case It clashes with anything this site advises?

Glad you got an appointment with CAB. Always keep a copy of your form. Good luck.

It's not ideal to allow a GP to fill in or alter the form as GPs are not benefit experts and could unwittingly write something that harms your case.Result! I managed to finally get hold of someone at my local CAB office and get an appointment for a week and a half's time. *is stunned*

It would be preferable to get supporting information from your GP to give to the CAB advisor.
Good luck

My GP has filled in my IB forms in the past for me but I know the ESA50 is far more tricky and so I'll just get her to check over it anyway and add a supporting letter as you suggest informing the DWP of how my various illnesses effect my life.
Does that sound okay?
