Hi, I have atribunal date for 6weeks time, my application has been going on for 18months. Prior to applying forDLA I had incap ben for ten years since early retirement due to ill health from NHS. They are now basing two dla claims on home medical which was a farce, totally untrue and made light of 20+ years of ill health. When on incap ben I had seveal medicals and got high rate. I can find no one to help me. CAB turned me away twice as i own my own home said i dont qualify for help. The thing is all making my health much worse. Now i found a solicitor but wont be able to afford it. I wouldnt qualify for legal aid either as i'm not on benefits. Any ideas please?
