ESA Heart problems, knee prob, asthma, Bipolar

Hi please can you help, i have just recieved letter stating esa form will arrive. Sorry for long message

I have been on ib for 8 years, after heart attack and other probs.. I now have angina.

I have had seven operations on left due knee, 2 in last 18 months. I now am waiting for an operation for knee replacement.

I suffer badly with asthma after heart probs.

I was diagnosed with bipolar 4 years after been in pysc hospital for 3 months.

I take over 20 dif meds for heart, knee, asthma, bipolar.

I am stressed to so badly it is making me ill.

I have just joined this site and some of the comments terrify me.

I looked at the questions on the form on this site, it seems impossible to try and list my problems issues in the form.

How likely with the issues i have is that i will have to have medical, and what group may i be put in.

I also recived dla, for a car. Will the outcome of this effect that.

I'm afraid it's impossible to say (or guess) which group you are likely to be placed in, but as long as you read the guides and fill in the form in as much detail as possible, you will give yourself the best possible chance of being placed in the correct group.

Don't forget that the key issue is not what disabilities you have, but how your various disabilities affect your ability to carry out the activities.

You will have six weeks to complete the form when it arrives. It may be a good idea to download a copy and start preparing the information to put on it to give yourself more time.

Regrettably the outcome of an ESA assessment can affect a DLA claim, which makes it so important to provide accurate and detailed information on the ESA50 form.
