Just recieved another ESA50

In the light of the Harrington Report, it was emphasised that the approved disability analyst (ADA) is obliged to read all the evidence, whether it be the ESA50 or any other separate evidence handed in at the medical assessment.

This was something that Atos were loathe to do prior to the Harrington Report on the WCA, so I would certainly make a point at the medical assessment to see if the ADA has dutifully complied with his/her obligations?

Perhaps a medical assessment should begin with the claimant questioning the ADA until satisfied that the ADA has read the ESA50!
