The frequency of re-assessments vary widely. When considering whether to reassess someone, a decision maker is expected to take into account what the Atos HCP said at the last assessment. Some people are assessed as frequently as every three months.
So the person having won at tribunal is not used as a reason ?

Based on Members comments, winning a Tribunal seems to make it more likely that you will have a re-assessment in the short termSo the person having won at tribunal is not used as a reason ?
Based on comments from Members, I would say that 12 months seems to be the upper limit for the time between assessments, with the vast majority being in the 6-8 months timeframe, although as Survivor posted there are some who seem to recieve a new ESA50 as soon as a Decision has been made on the last assessment.

interesting so my next question is do/did people get longer gaps on IB than esa and on IB went 14 years ish without a check on staus then had ib50 sent in was told 5 years then when i sent in report to show now exempt no more ib50s
so when they move me to esa and i get put in the support group
