do I have to start the whole process of
a brand new claim? Also a council friend
of ours who works in the housing dept.
has said that she will sit with me and
help me put all the right answers down.
Also I wrote to the tribunal judge and
asked for a copy of the findings and
the reason I was turned down, as my
consultant wants a copy as does my
solicitor, but I have heard nothing back
from them, can they refuse my request?

The tribunal can't turn down your request for a statement of reasons but you do need to phone and confirm that they have received your letter, and it must be received within one calender month of the decision letter.

Was it DLA or ESA ? I ask because myself and others asked which is was when in other posts you talked of not getting 15 points ? but you never answered the posts ? Also if you don't mind what is your health problem as some like ME CFS often get turned down and people have a long hard fight but do win in the end .. keep on fighting

Has your GP sent you to a Pain Clinic ? that might help you get information and input from such a team that might help your claim

comes to Brid a couple of times a week, he asked me
why I never put down that I have bad Bronchitis, I never knew that I had it!I have to say that I use a walk in clinic at our local hospital, as my old surgery took too long dealing with immigrants and translaters, I would have an appointment at 9-30am
and at times would get seen at twelve o-clock,so now I will take any advice given with respect!
