I had to laugh as i was formally adopted in to the WRAG 2 weeks after the letter came from Atos.
My GP and I are furious that i was perform in this ridiculous pantomime again.
I have had many rages over this and want the injustice put right.
I have some legal knowledge but not in Torts is it possible to sue for Emotional Distress or infringement of " Human Rights" I am more than happy to give the damages to the site to help everyone else. It's more of a bloody nose for Atos and satisfaction for all of us.
Good Luck To All

I have got my next medical for ESA on Friday. I expect to fail as the Atos & DWP have managed to cure autism ( Aspergers) in my case. A real shame as i am going to see the world authority on Adult Aspergers. Poor chap is now out of a Job.

Hello fellow Aspergers, answer to your question... YES YES YES There's many ways, injury to feelings is common one via county court (form n1) then if the bad organisation has been underhand or oppressive, intentionally tried to confuse you or make things complicated without considering your disabilities or substantial disadvantage that puts you at an even further detriment....then they get a very big slap from a Judge.
There is also failure to make reasonable adjustments. Lesser service due to disability.
Read my url below on the Equality Act 2010 and research disability discrimination claims under the old DDA and now the Equality Act 2010
Hope it helps.

You may have grounds to pursue a claim on the tort of negligence, but you would certainly need to consult a solicitor for expert legal advice before considering this course of action.
Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

I have only recently been diagnosed with Aspergers.
People like him are invaluable as they help me to make sense of the world
The arrogance of the DWP / Atos in my view under mines all that good work. They do not have the expertise or understanding to assume they can "cure" me.
They would prefer i hadn't got Aspergers as it can be " difficult & awkward" to place people like me in the working environment.
All The Best
