ESA Result

I was in the middle of appealing for ESA getting 0points in my medical then I recieved a dreaded brown envelope on 9.5.11, opened in & to my surprise it said

"We have looked again at the facts & evidence used to make our decision. As a result we have changed that decision. Your appeal will not be sent to an independant tribunal as the decision has been changed in your favour"

Phew! what a relief!!! Still waiting for the letter to tell me how many points I actually got. Also I recieved over £500 in my bank account Good luck to all, I know what a stressful time it is going through this awful proccess.

That happened to my wife. They re-thought the decision, cancelled the appeal, paid her arrears into her account and in the same envelope inserted another medical form, She now has to attend another ATOS medical. All without consulting her.
