Have you requested an Appeal or a Reconsideration of the decision to find you fit for work?hi, can anyone tell me what does it mean to receive a letter from job center saying that they might revise the decision about stopping the esa and sent all evidence to support the appeal even though i am receiving any thing since their decision i mean when they stopped the esa.
If the former, then you are entitled to receive ESA at the Assessment rate until a Tribunal hearing is held, if the latter, then you get nothing, but can still appeal once the DWP have completed their review
In either case, the DWP will re-examine the evidence to see whether you really are unfit to work. They are asking you to send any additional evidence you might have or can acquire in the next couple of weeks, so it can be added to what they already have.

OK, assuming you appealed because you did not score sufficient points from the medical, as opposed to any other reason, you should be receiving the ESA assessment.no, i sent the appeal and nothing else.
Did you complete a GL24 Appeal form or simply write to the DWP, if the latter, this might explain why you are not receiving anything as the DWP often take a letter as a request for Reconsideration rather than an appeal.
You need to contact the DWP and explain that you are appealing the decision and wish to paid the ESA assessment rate while you are waiting.
Have a look at our ESA Appeals guide in the Members area, as this explains the process in more depth than I can easily do in the Forum.

This is all standard procedure, you are still entitled to ESA at the Assessment rate while this is done.i sent the appeal but they said that they might revise the decision before send it to tribunal and if they revise it than they will not sent to the tribunal because there will be a new decision.
