D.L.A

Hello everyone,
could anyone help as im really unsure what to do and id be grateful fo advise etc,
My son recieves D.L.A.and it is due for renewel 12/9/2011 well as you all know we are just nearing the end of April and if Im right they usually send you a new form round about 6 months however as its looking say they sent the renewel pack out he would only have 4 months to fill it out and surely that is not enough time for him. However can anyone advise on what to do as he as not recieved it and he is becoming anxcious and thinking they are going to turn him down I myself find this strange as he normally gets the renewel pack way sooner is anyone else waiting for there renewel pack id be grateful for help as my son is getting re anxcious Thankyou to all

the time before review packs are sent out is supposed to be based on work load if they know as they should how many people le are up for review in the next few months ... you can call and ask when they are sending it or just down load the form and start filling it out now

Thankyou Dave, for your reply im grateful my son manages is own affairs as he chose he wanted to be independent but alas he is having great difficulty and when he does recieve the renewel pack he will not have time to fill it out he is becoming aggitated and today he thought the letter had arrived but it was to say an increase etc so im just wondering what to do Thankyou for your help

give the help line a call no names no NI number tell them the review date , tell them how he wants to do his own thing, but at the same time your worried it might have come and been thrown out .. without names they cant tell you if his form has been sent out but as they are done in date batches they will be able to say if his review dates been done and sent

Im totally confused ive been advised to ask for a blank dla form for my son as he should have recieved his renewel apparantly this as affected my son and he is really worked up he does not understand a blank dla form and neither do I could anyone shed light as too what is this and id be extremly grateful Thankyou all
