You need to apply to Tribunals Service for a full Statement of Reasons. The address will be on the letters you received from them, and you should have been given a leaflet with the decision notice explaining the next steps if you wish to take the appeal further.
You have one month from the date the decision notice was given or sent to apply. It may take a couple of months to receive the statement, as they are only written by the judge when requested.
