ESA questionaire was created by Dodgy Parrot
Its no good , I am sooo stressed out about it. I look at it and I just can't concentrate. Its all over the place, just like me. I want to just write down all my problems on a piece of paper and let them work it out which section it needs to go in.
I have tried to look at the mental health notes on here but I just can't seem to focus as the whole thing is stressing me.
They are nagging at me to return my form and I am thinking let them just stop my claim. I can't cope.
Has anyone any advice on this. I am soooo desperate.

Have you contacted CAB they may be able to help you fill the form in, I was looking at it myself yesterday and can see area's where I am going to have difficulty.

By the time I get an appointment with our CAB it will be too late.
Having looked at it again and having the same response ie floods of tears and a panic attack. I am decided.
I'm going to call the benefit line and see if there is an alternative. I might be able to claim carers allowance for my son as he gets dla middle and low rate so this might get me a reprieve until my therapy and my anxiety and depression are at a more managable level.
This form has stressed me out no end - really making my problems worse.
Fingers crossed.
I hope everyone else has luck with their cab's.

Everytime I speak to esa I am left in floods of tears. I spoke to some nasty man who just cut me off as I was asking what do I do if I am a carer as well ? How would that affect my esa claim and work assessments and medical questionaire forms.
Esa just don't give a damn about anyone and the number they give you is just a waste of time because you never get an answer from them they just offer you a call back within 3 hours if your lucky. I don't answer phones because I am that bad. I want to make the call and go from there.
