Incapacity

Hi all

I am currently on Incapacity benefit and was assessed a couple of years ago and found incapable of work and am due to come up for assessment in 2013. Does this mean I will not have to be asessed for ESA until that date?

That is when you can be expected to be assessed but there is no guarantee that it will not be sooner or later. Please see the factsheet below.

I think a couple of people posted today they was only in the last few months re done under IB rules given a date for re view sometime in the future but had the call to move to ESA in the last few days
