My first thought was that you had not logged in, but you can't post to the forums if you haven't so that can't be it
Try following these links to access the Members area.
Select the "Help for Claimants" link in the orange section on the left of the page.
This should open a new page titled "Help for Claimants", with links for each benefit we support listed down the page, select one of these to access the individual guides.
If you want to change your username to something less obvious email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
If you are still having problems, please come back to the forum.

Firstly, thanks for the responses and help.
Ah, the orange band at the left, got it and finally making progress (download the files) getting there, and I know how to do this sort of thing. Success, at last, about time mind LOL.
But is is it just me? You're looking for advice on a DLA claim. You scan down the left hand navigation bar. And come to the blue area stating '(DLA)'. You obviously click on it.
So starts the 'chasing of the tail' LOL.
Hence the going around in circles.
Right, I'll have a look-see tonight and see if the info I need is on.
