Really sorry to hear about your tribunal result. It may be possible to appeal to the upper tribunal on a point of law, but you may need help with this and there are strict time limits.
Did you opt for a paper hearing in the end?

I just wanted to say that I had my appeal heard last week. I was originally told I wouldn't be seen before October, and then a few weeks later I got a date through for June. I know that there is usually a long wait to be heard, but it might be that you get an earlier date than expected.
Yes I did go for a paper hearing in the end. I have decided to make a fresh application & have been to my doctor & she is being great & doing a letter supporting my claim. She said that she had, had loads of patients coming to her really upset because there DLA had been stopped. It must be the cut backs & disabled people are an easy target. If I don't succeed I'll go in person to the tribunal. This site is really good & gives great knowledge. Thank you, Michelle
