Hi. I have learning difficulties and my wife has severe mental health problmes and high functining autism as well as a lot of physical problems. After the news yesterday about the new ESA test and transfer from IB is there somewhere we can download PDF of the new shorter 21 page ESA50 form online so that we can begin making notes. My wife who claims IB is very distresed and hasn't eaten since yesterday morning. It would be helpful to make notes and fill in a dummy version of the form. This is all so devastating. Thanks and sorry if I am overlooking something. Neither of us slept much last night. Snow

I'm moving this to benefits questions because I think it may be of use to people reading that forum.

You can use the online one, but do make sure to check that it's the same form as the one they send you. It should be, because the new form is now being issued as standard.
