hi been the appeal with the hubby at the courts this morn it has had to be adjourned because we werent sent out a big bundle of papers that contains all the claim form and evidence ect the jusge also asked him to send in extra evidence from his neurologist from november 2010 its bad enough that its been a year since we have waitied an appeal not sure how much longer we will have to wait again now but they want evidence sent in within two wks x
