hi there, got hubbys dla appeal this wk, even though he didnt have a good report from gp we had a letter back from pals team after complaining about our gp he states in the letter its hard to get too know each patient individually when seen in surgery several times a year for ten mins at a time , even so he is prepared to put up a fight to get it back the question i want to ask is has anyone been to a DLA appeal recently. If so, what questions do they ask? Also, how do they treat you and is it like a court lol? We have never been to one before and my husband is really worried and anxious.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated thanks all xx

If you visit the members area, you will find very detailed guides to DLA appeals there, including details of what happens at the hearing and the type of questions you are likely to be asked.
Good luck,
Steve
