I know that ATOS put all sorts of ridiculous conditions on recording medicals in their offices, but, as my medical will be in my own home surely I will be able to record it without all the pre-conditions? After all, it is my home and therefore my turf my rules?
Can they refuse to complete the medical if it is being recorded?

no it wont be Ok just because its on your own territory, other members may know the up to date situation on recording, and the way to seek consent

be careful though and do this 'by the book' or you could have problems

There are two ways you can approach this.

You can do it officially and have a battle on your hands, they are running a pilot of recording medicals, see page 2 of Discussions forum.

Or you can do it yourself covertly, perfectly legal, to be used for your own reference.

Just don't let them know you are recording, otherwise they will stop the medical.
