would appreciate any advice, thanks.

Your doctor may be able to refer you to a falls and syncope unit. They will test various things and it may help, both medically and with the DWP.

Also try to keep a diary. Whenever you fall try to enter it in the diary (which could just be a list in a file on your computer). Get a picture of any injuries if you can - the camera in a mobile phone would probably do. Also keep a record or any hospital visits as a result of falls - this is particularly useful if you have sprains, severe bruising or broken bones. Try to keep with you a card that says that you have cognitive problems, and that would like a copy of any correspondence sent to your GP. That will give you a "paper trail" for your files.

All of these may help establish your problem with the DWP.

If the possibility of a fall limits your ability to cook, to go our on your own or use stairs, then this might be a way of showing that it affects you in ways that might limit your ability to work.

ATOS may well not believe you whatever evidence you produce. On person said on these forums that she thought having set fire to the house whilst cooking was proof that she was a danger to herself, but ATOS didn't think so. Tribunals, OTOH tend to be more receptive to that sort of claim - especially with evidence. So get some evidence of the sort described together.

umm, I shouldn't speak for someone else but, nevermind here goes: I think the advice regarding use of a camera is meant to be used some time (soon) after the fall. Then you will have a diary, photographs as evidence and if you have gone to A&E as I have done a few times after falls, you will have your discharge notes as well to support what you are saying.

...but, I think you knew that...:D
