I had my medical assessment last week and i got a letter today stating that i have been placed in the work group. I didn't really expect anything else but i am dissapointed as i know i should be in the support group. He didn't care about teh fatigue as everyone gets tired, apparently! Didn't seem to care that i am in costant pain when walking and sitting. Didn't really seem to listen to me.
WHat do i do now?
I want to appeal. I also want to know what i scored.
Phone Jobcentreplus and ask for a copy of your ESA85 medical report. Tell them that you are considering appealing so they will treat it as urgent.
I should warn you that there is a risk, which varies depending on how comfortably you got into the WRA group, of losing the award you already have. You can find more information in the ESA appeal guide.
