Just to say thank you for all the great information on your site, it is well worth the cost of joining. At my second medical I was refused ESA,I was awarded it at the first one, I immedaitley send in my appeal using your appeal section. Just 2 weeks after I sent it in I received a phone call from the DWP asking to speak to me about my appeal, the man I spoke to went through each point I had made and then said he could give me more points which would take me over the 15 needed and my money would be re-instated. As I have Fibromyalgia Syndrome and arthritis he decided I need not have another medical for 1 year. So pleased and such a weight off my shoulders, thank you again for your great site and all the info it gives.
Congratulations on getting the decision overturned and thanks for letting us know. I haven't heard of an ESA decision being overturned over the phone before, so well done.
