hi sorry if i come across as stupid am i understanding whats being said is that people on ib will recieve a letter telling them of changes and transfer to esa and then the form to fill out or are the dwp sending the esa forms out now thanks
The DWP have started sending out letters informing IB claimants about the transfer. The ESA50 questionnaires will be sent out later. There's more information in the news article below.
