IB Appeal Paperwork was created by kriss
Hi All,
Recieved FOI paperwork today re all info they hold on me, but didn't get any recordings.
Anyhoo I was wondering should I enclose a copy of paperwork relating to old appeal (which I won)the paperwork includes letters which family and friends wrote about my daily life and how I managed ect. Should I also include paper/photographic evidence of my life before CFS (First Aid Certs and other Certs relevant to the work I did before CFS). Any advice greatly appreciated, as I am making a file up for both DLA and IB Tribunal.
I did notice on comparing old and new paperwork about my Assessment there was very little difference in my answers as most, if not all was the same.
I have also escalated my complaint re the Registered Nurse about the inacuracies she wrote and have a witness to back me up on this.(Now request only paperwork and wont talk on the phone, as read on the forum about creating a paper trail.
Sorry my post is so long but appricaite any help info other members and Mods can help with.
Thanks
Kriss

As a rule of thumb, the older the evidence, the less value will be associated with it, however, it would be of value to get the Statement of Reasons for your last appeal, as this wil explain why the Tribunal found in your favour.
As to including evidence of your life before your illness, referring to it briefly in a sunbmission would probably help to show the contrast, however, I doubt the Tribunal will assign any value to the actual papers, as there brief is to assess your disabilities.
Hope this helps
