changes to dla form just spotted

just looked at online form and there are changes to the info pages before you fill it in, of course the new mobility regs for higher rate blind people stand out.... but there seems to be other changes from the form I filled in only a few weeks ago

dave i put my post code in and it said send it to bristol. blackpool normally deal with my claims i dont know whats going on.the plot thickens

Well I have just put my postcode in and I now would have to send mine to chester ( usually blackpool ) think it's going to be a very thick plot but it probably won't be long before we find out why.

My postcode still says send to the Blackpool address

There was talk when they close the carers allowance unit and join up with DLA of having some out reach type places dealing with DLA and named DM for your case is this it ?
