Medical report

Hi Folks,

I am in the process of filling out a DLA claim form for help with my mobility and i have a copy of a medical report but i am in two minds about including it with my claim. The report is seven years old but the prognosis of the effects on my walking ability is still relevant today. Could it help my claim or would they need an up to date report. Any advice would be welcome.

It's probably better than nothing. But an up-to-date report would cary a great deal more weight.
