wow that's so great:) my city is so bad for housing they have scrapped all deposit schemes and the rent is soo much higher than what HB will pay.. i#ve been in my flat 41/3 years and i still have to pay £25 a week towards my rent but now rent is like london prices here:( i actually got this flat like you did and they took on board my dla. but now it all goes on carers and motability car, my situation, plus the debt and ccjs ive got , are not making it easy to get a private let:(

oh god he is soo stalking me, i rang refuges but they said they would hpouse me in portsmouth which is over 100 miles away and ive got no family but my best friend is like my family , appart from my cats, shes all i've got so i couldnt move away from this city and thats the rules of the refuges here that you get housed miles away.

I know it sounds like im making lots of obstacles but i really do have a lot of complications . i'm so isolated living here as appart from my carers i get no friends ever visit, ideally i want tlo move back closer to bezzie friend, then she could visit me9she hAS M.E too)
yup,the ligistics are way too complicated. im such an idiot, if i would have been in my right mind i wouldve used my credit card to get a deposit for a private let, but i breaking down so much, plus his harrassment escalated really quickly, when he did the maqlicious dla call, and he assaulted me and now he is accusing me of insane things like im an arsonist and want to burn the buiding down(um , don't think so, i've got 3 smoke alarms as so scared all his ocd hoarding stuff will go up in flames as he wont have a smoke alarm) and he also accused me of getting class a drug poackages via signing for them from the postie(it was stuff for my onlone course and amazon books) he is in psychosis and im so desperate to move but cant move 100 miles away, my bezzie friend and my cats keep me saneish, even tho i can only see her when i can manage to get out of bed and visit her occasionally, but it comforts me that she is in the same city.

thank you for the adive tho.. i have rang so many places and exhausted most options appaert from fighting to get rebanded from c to b, which ill continue to fight.

If you can't think of one, you could try BBC Ouch, which is a disability forum. I know that harassment is a subject that's come up before and people on there might be able to direct you to other sources of help.

I hope i am in time to get this post passed through as it is nearly 6pm, but do you have a local housing advice team who are government employees? In my area we have and they have managed to place me in one of the highest bands for housing!!! Just a thought!!
