well, thats the DLA434 filled in to reconsider my care requirements.

What a form !! That has taken me the best part of 3 hours to complete bit by bit.

I am expecting to wait many weeks now for a response if the accounts on here are anything to go by. Have also made sure that my unofficial carer completes a Carer Allowance application.

Thank you again for everyones help on here and I will let you all know the outcome.

got the acknowledgement letter today saying that it may take up to 11 weeks for my case to be decided and can I send in the further information asked for.

trouble is, there is nothing mentioning any further information being wanted.
