Thank you. So even if someone is pca exempt, they will still be required to have a WCA?
Thought i understood it all, but I've got myself all confused now.

The criteria for PCA and WCA are very different. You can be exempt the PCA but not the WCA. Neither higher rate care DLA nor severe mental illness is of itself sufficient to exempt you from the WCA.

Thank you for that, very interesting. According to myself, I would score 42 points, plus have exceptional circumstances. Though I'm very aware of what will happen judging by all the things I've read.
