I'm due to have a WCA medical next week re migration from IB to ESA (been on IB for many years) My questions are:

1) Will the Atos Dr/Nurse assessor have seen the IB50 form I completed last Sept for my review (only communication since return of this form was from Atos to book medical date); or do I need to ensure that I tell the assessor all the information that I included on my IB50 form about how my chronic pain and disability affects my life?

2)Should I take a copy of my IB50 with me?

3)At the WCA medical after the limited capability for work assessment test if that's passed, does the Dr/Nurse then do the limited capability for work related activity assessment whilst you're there, or is this undertaken at a different date by a decision maker?

Thanks

Unless you are in Burnley or Aberdeen you should not be transferred to ESA from IB, especially if you have filled in an IB50.

The tests for ESA, whilst similar to those for IBm are none the less different, and it would not be possible to use an IB50 as input to a WCA,
