I am currently in the process of going to the tirbunal , sent dwp a supporting letter from my gp saying due to the seriousness of the head injury i had i am not capable of sustained work which they seem to have ignored and keep repeating and going back to what the atos doctor wrote and a women i spoke to from the dwp compared a serious head injury to breaking a leg have now sent them a supporting letter from my pain clinic doctor saying that due to the bad headaches i get allday everyday and the medication i am on it is not realistic for me to go back to work, i just wondered what peoples thoughts are on this and what they think the dwp will say next to try to indermine what my pain expert doctors think, any response would be greatly appreciated
If you can get a supporting letter that addresses specific descriptors in the work capability assessment that you have problems with, that will help a lot.
Good lluck,
