I was awarded low comp and low mob DLA indefinately about 3 years ago. Will they take this off me now ? How long will I be able to get it for if they are not taking it off me ?
I'm not sure why you think it would be taken off you. Are you referring to the reforms? If so, nothing is happening yet. It is expected that in 2014, DLA will be replaced by Personal Independence Payments and a lot of people who currently get DLA will get less money or no money, but the details have yet to be seen, so we'll have to wait and see how it will affect people and how the change will be implemented.
