I had a (shiver, shake) brown envelope last Nov - apparently my "continuing eligibility for DLA may be in doubt". I'm over 65, and therefore my DLA will not be changing to PIP (well no plans to do so at the moment).
In 2008, I was awarded HRM amd HRC indefinitely so wasn't expecting to have to fill in another form but did know that I could be picked at random for a check - this was not the case though.
This is what I'm curious about. How many members are over 65 and have been given indefinite DLA awards???
I just have this sneaking suspicion that this may just be a way for the govt to reduce the number of DLA claimants over 65!
Oh, by the way, I am having a medical at home tomorrow (I still have bad memories of the previous one I had in 2003)so please wish me luck!

SORRY, What I meant to ask is how many over 65's with indefinite awards have also had the same letter as I have (and have had to complete a DLA80)
Thanks!
