These people are amazing!!!! I filled in the forms to renew my husbands DLA as advised by the site and got a decision within 5 days for an indefinate award for high rate mobility and middle rate care. No medical, no doctors report, or GP contact. we are over the moon and such a relief as the care my husband needs has increased since his last application. I must say though, that it took me about 3 months a few hours a day to do the form right, one question had an 18 page reply! The parcel form, medical notes and evidence cost £6.00 to send but worth it as was the subscription fee for these lovely people..not a penny wasted. Thank you Benefits and Work!!!

Great News the numbers getting good results and a fast turn round in the last month is getting into double numbers I think

I too used special delivery, that in fact slows the time down from post room to section too (the way they sign and move special documents around)

Hi, can you tell me if you filled in a form or just sent a letter.
I sent a letter last week with pages and pages of information cost me £7.00 special delivery.and they have just rang today to say I need to fill in a full form.If you filled in the form did you fill in the mobility section? I am so worried I am going to loose my higher rate mobility that I have had for 10 years
