Re the Indefinate award of DLA. I am trying to find a source of legal advice that will answer my question ''how can an award made by a court [Tribunal] be revised by a non legal body?'' surely only a higher court can do that? so why is the DWP trying to ''review'' my indefinate DLA award. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.
