30 pts but put in work related group

following up from my first message i got 30 points [actualy it was 39] and put in the work related group.i got 15 twice on the mobilith and standing from a straight back chair only with assistance ond 9 fron the bending and kneeling giving me 39 points but when i phoned to ask the question why i was put in this group i was told that i might be possible that i could return to work in 12 months time .
i have various conditions mainly hert problems starting with paroxmal atrial fibrilation,eschmic hert deseas abgina and hert failure i also suffer from ostio arthritus of the knees and need a tota knee replacement. i had two stents fitted into my hert on the 14th of dec thhey should of fitted 4 but was told one was at the end of the vein and didnt need anything els and the other they didnt do they couldnt get to the site. the stents they fitted are the new drug eluding stents that put out blood thining drugs for 12 months. once thse were in i was told by my consultant that i couldnt have my knee replacement for at least the 12 monts of the stent drugs i was tols no anithstatist would touch me. as i stated in the first message im a 59 yearold male.
one other thing i got a letter for my first work related interview [lol]i phoned them up to ask if i needed to attend as i was apealing against the decision.the bloke i talked to was actualy the guy i was supposed to be interviewing me .he asked me why i was appealing and i told him i thaught i should be in the support group and the medical reasons why,he said that he only had a sketchey file for me and he had put down what i told him he then said he would ask his line manager if i needed to go in for the interview and that he would phone me back whithch he dutifully did an hour or so later and told me that his line manager said i didnt need to go in untll july which would be just befor my 60th birthday , then said somthing incohearant about pension credits.at present im waiting to find out if thedesision maker has changed his mind or wether i will have to go through with the appeal [sorry about the spelling and grammer never was a strong point of mine lol left school at 14 and have worked ever since then] btw c a b helped me fill in the appeal form. any tips or suggestions from you peep,s out there

There is a separate test to qualify for the support group that is not based on points. You will find it on page 25 of the Understanding ESA guide, which you will find in the members' area.

Please also read the ESA appeals guide and seek help from CAB if you haven't already done so.
