Hi All

Recieved copy of Atos Medical & IB50 today in relation to my appeal for IB as I didn't pass the medical. I now know that the nurse didn't listen to a word I was saying & told a big untruth re my footwear. Can you advise me what serial sevens are cause they are mentioned quite a lot.
Anyhoo when got to the IB50 doc. the writing isn't mine, even asked my friend to look & he confirmed that it was not my handwritng, athough the signature seems the same. I dont remember getting help to fill the IB50, neither does my friend as he drives and waits for me to appointments. I did get help with the DLA form at the local CAB and he confirms this.
I know I have memory problems but if my freind doesn't remember either. Should I contact my rep from Welfare Rights I am completly at a loss.

So does the IB50 contain what you thought you wrote, or something else?

Best!

serial sevens can be a clinical test used to test mental function ?

basic would expect it used in A&E not for IB50 IMO

serial sevens test
Neurology A test of subtracting 7 from 100, from 93, from 86, etc, to test consciousness, used when administering general anesthesia pre-surgery

I think this reiterates the importance of photocopying ( if possible) all documents sent to DWP.

Surely someone writing stuff you have no knowledge of and then appending YOUR signature is straightforward fabrication? Would this not be fraud - a criminal offence? Perhaps Steve can give an opinion on this.

If someone concocted a document and attached my signature without permission, I would go to the police about it. But that's just me!
