Notification of results

How will I be notified of the result of my ESA application and will I be given a written report of the medical with points scored etc

You should be informed of the decision by letter, but you will need to phone JCP to request a copy of the medical report to find out how many points you scored.

As there is a limited time for appealing how long approximately does JCP take to supply points information.

You can usually get a copy in a few days.

If you have to appeal and there is a delay in receiving the medical report, do not delay sending the GL/24 appeal form. You can send in additional evidence or statements later.
