cap22 letter.

can anyone help pls, i was receiving higher rate mobilty but that ends dec, have reaplied but yes was turnd down twice, now have been sent cap22 letter , which i have no idea wat its about , any idea wat to reply, asking why i want to apply ect, i have written to dla, about my conditon , which is , asthma, p,hyptin, angina ,depression, which all this does not help may i add,,,, sent copys of repeat presciptions, i have rung them but was told that it was call centre and paper work was not there , but with the DISCTION MAKER ,,,, WHO HE WHERE HE ?????any way help any be nice moan over with for now ,

Take a look at paragraph 2070 et al of this document which may hopefully will explain what a CAP 22 letter is.

a DLACAP/22 is just a letter saying they are send your case to tribunal service I think look in here
