hi if you originally claimed esa for advanced ostearthritis does a worsening condition ie kidney tumour make a differance or not

ESA is not based on your health conditions, but on how your health conditions affect your functional ability to complete certain activities. So it's impossible to say how a particular condition will affect an ESA claim.
