Hi all, I got 0 points at Atos medical last year and my tribunal was held in February this year where I was awarded 15 points by the panel. 2 months later I was sent for a WFI, then in June sent another form to complete and another medical with Atos in July.
This time I was given 12 points and turned down at appeal again. I had my tribunal this morning and was given 21 points by the panel for physical symptoms alone, they didnt even question my mental health problems.
So Ive won again, however on the way out the magistrate said to me, we'll probably see you again in about 6 to 8 months time as youre on the DWP merry go round!
Crazy system which probably costs more than it saves, sick people are being made worse by the stress this cycle causes. I agree it needs updating but they are targeting the wrong people!
Rant over, anyway, its good news for a while and I hope it gives encouragement to others going through the same thing, I admit I wasnt feeling confident this morning, but I neednt have fretted myself into a nervous wreck which I did!
