appeal bundle was created by martha
Just received my appeal bundle.
It has my surname on the first page however on the subsequent pages it has a mixture of my name and someone else.

It is in the reasons section so it reads as if it is about someone else and not me, but given the posts on here it may be about me!!?

Has anyone else had this type of problem if so what did you do?

Hi Matha

Check that the pages are numbered sequentially to see if there are any missing or duplicate numbered pages. If it is clear that some of the pages relate to somebody else's appeal, I would suggest that you inform both, the DWP office that sent you them, and Tribunals Service, as a copy will have been sent to them as well.

The cover letter should have a Tribunal reference number.

Best wishes

Derek

The page numbers are correct. Although there are some missing later on in the bundle. The different names appear throughout in the same paragraphs.
I will inform them. Thankyou Derek.

The decision maker appears to have made a massive assumption: she says because I am a ‘nurse’ who works I therefore MUST be on my feet all day and for that reason am able to walk. This is despite all the contrary evidence I have submitted and the ATOS doctor supporting ME in this!

Hi Martha

I think together, the B&W members could write an encyclopaedia of DWP stupidity. My decision maker thought that people with minor hearing difficulties do not drink in pubs, or go anywhere where they may be a little bit of noise.

Ridiculous arguments like that can easily be pulled apart on appeal.

Good luck

Derek
