Seeing my MP soon to follow through on DLA and ATOS writtten complaints. Please can you advise me of the changes that are to take place next year that cause members such concern so I can raise these as well. Forgive me but, like a lot of people, my knowledge is only as long as my husband's recent disability. Is it common prsctice for ATOS staff to refuse to give their second names. How ruse; the have such personal details about our health and they cannot share this common courtesy.
I phoned to object to 3 days notice for the medical and the person I spoke to refused to give her second name. The doctor at the medical did wear a name badge.
